This is a guitar suitable for gigs, taking to the beach, taking to college, or as a starter guitar for adolescents, but don't anticipate too much more than that. Some guitarists could use this fantastic little guitar for performances and recording, but it really does not come close to a fully solid-wood instrument, nor is it expected to.
