One of the biggest names in wall clocks is Howard Miller. Now, the real Howard Miller has long since passed. He was born in 1905 and founded the company in 1926, at the age of 21. He was raised on a diet of Black Forest clock making: the finest in the world. The company eventually became known as the world's biggest producer of grandfather clocks, but has since then branched out into many avenues, including cabinetry.
